-1/4 cup (60ml) chopped fresh cilantro

-1 lime, cut into wedges

Preparation method

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the onion, garlic, bell pepper, and jalapeno pepper and cook until the vegetables are softened about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the shrimp and cook until they are cooked through about 3 minutes.
  4. Add the cumin, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper and stir to combine.
  5. Add the tomatoes, white wine, and chicken broth to a simmer.
