Preparation method

Next, add the coconut milk, lime juice, sugar, and salt. Bring the mixture to a boil and then reduce the heat to low. Add the noodles and stir to combine. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Finally, add the cucumber, ground peanuts, and fried shallots. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes and then serve.
