-2 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste

-3-4 tbsp Oil

-2-3 Green Chillies (chopped)

-2 tbsp Coriander Leaves (chopped)

-Lemon Juice (for garnish)

Preparation method

To make Pomfret Kebab, start by marinating the fish cubes with a mixture of spices. In a bowl, combine besan, rice flour, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, cumin powder, chaat masala, amchur powder, ajwain, salt, ginger-garlic paste, and oil. Mix well to make a thick paste. Add the fish cubes and mix until the cubes are evenly coated with the marinade. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Once the fish cubes have been marinated, heat a grill pan over medium heat. Grease the pan with oil and add the fish cubes. Grill the cubes for 8-10 minutes, flipping them occasionally. Once the cubes are cooked through, remove them from the pan and transfer them to a plate. Garnish with chopped green chillies, coriander leaves, and lemon juice.
